HIghest was 166 (April, this year). Lowest was about 130 (before kids!). Current weight is 145 and my goal is 130-135. I'm 5'6" and 35 years old.0

Height: 5' 8" Age 44
Highest wt: 210 pounds. I gained weight while being treated for Grade 3 endometriosis.
Lowest wt: 146 pounds and maintaining for over one year now!

At 5'2" my lowest weight was 105lb, my highest was never truly established because I refused to hop on the scale. I was 222lb when I started back here again. I had just returned from a four week vacation where I know I lost weight with limited food intake and lots of activity walking around everywhere. My pants were falling down by the time I got home. My best guess would be around 235lb.0

I am 5'5. My lowest and normal weight was 105 pounds and then at 34, slowly added to highest which was 225. I am down 25 of those pounds now. I am kind of confused as my whole body has shifted from exercise though so I doubt I will ever be that low weight again. I just will see how I look as I lose weight0

I'm 5'8''. My heaviest was about 5 years ago, 227 lbs. When I was 18 I weighed 155, that's my lowest.
I currently weigh 190. My goal is 164 (the top end of the healthy weight category for my BMI) But I like the way I look and feel at that weight.0 -

Highest was about 250. I can't be sure because I stopped weighing myself after 245. Didn't even want to know anymore at that point.
Lowest was 165 I think. But I got there through crash dieting so I was skinny fat. Now I'm 175 and look 100x better than I did at 165 lol0 -

March 2012 at current height of 6'4" I topped of at 296#; that's when I started my weight loss and fitness journey.
Nowadays I hover in the 250s.0 -
I'm 5'10" my lowest was 165 when I graduated high school. Highest was 339 this January. I'm down to 228 and pushing to get to 175.0
