Hya Guys,
Currently trying to find the right way for me to lose weight.... having spent years of going on 1000-1200 cals diets every few months.
I am trying to eat 1650 cals a day roughly ( perhaps a little more when I exercise more than my standard amount ) Although the last 5 days I have eaten less than that and felt ok. I only just discovered TDEE so want to increase my cals, I was shocked to see the calculation was around 1900 cals a day to lose the weight I want too. I am compromising at 1650 and may increase or whatever I need too as time goes on.
I would be really interested if anyone eating a similar amount who likes to eat clean foods ( or try too ) would like to add me so I could see their diary, or would be happy to post a typical days food for them here.
When I look at what I used to eat on a bad day, for example 3/4 a bottle of wine and 1/2 a pizza, your looking at 900 cals which was easy to clock up, and I wasn't overly full up. Now if I have a big healthy salad with beans, feta, etc. Ive only eaten 250 cals, and I'm not hungry for ages. Ive noticed its pretty hard to eat the calories when your properly eating healthy.
Combing salmon steak or chicken with brown rice and vege seems to give you a good calorie amount, as does hummus as a snack and oats at breakfast.... any ideas would be great.
Thanks x

Hi there! Feel free to add me as friend, I eat a mostly clean, low carb, moderate protein, high fat diet. I am not saying that you should eat the same way, just explaining the way.of eating I am following. My calorie goal is 1669 a day. Take a look at my diary! Great job upping your calories, too low can be harmful! Look forward to adding you!0
