Hi
I'm from Cape Town South Afroca.
Had a weight problem all my life and have been on several programms. I must admit I've never tried a combinaton of healthy eating and execise, though I've done both imdependantly.
I've lost 20kg before joining this site. I've never managed to lose more than 24kg before picking up weight again. This time will be different.
This is an awesome site

You can do it! Just remember to stick with the calorie deficit. That's for the weight loss. the exercise is for fitness and health. It also helps give you a larger calorie deficit for the day. Keep reaching out, that definitely makes the diffference, having support is great!0

I currently weigh 98 and i plan to get back to my original weight 70 kilos before my next birthday. I hope it will work out for all of us0 -
Hi...I just joined MFP a few days ago...I've done various programs off and on..I plan on combining food portioning with resistance bands...I want to lose weight and TONE my muscles at the same time...I don't want to be "Skinny Fat" but "FIT"....enjoy!0
