its taken 4 years but Im getting there! this morning I hit a BMI of 29 now only overweight! woohoo

Thanks ive got about another 50 to loose to be mid weight healthy but if i only reach to top of health ill be happy 0 -
Congratulations....last week my BMI finally dropped below 30! It felt great just knowing I didn't fall under the "obese" category anymore!!! My next aim is 12 pounds to fall under the "overweight" category!
