Recently fell off the MFP horse... back at it. (advice?)

Hi all!

My goal with MFP is to slim down/lose fat/look good naked!

A little while ago I deleted MFP because I was obsessing over it and it was causing me a lot of unneeded stress. I have since then focused on eating healthy and exercising but have seen the number on the scale go up! Maybe I was over eating, so I am back on MFP. Hopefully I will be able to see success and results.

I just started again two days ago so my journal isn't much of anything yet.

As for my exercise routine, I started lifting weights around 6 weeks ago and was wondering if maybe this was contributing to my slight weight gain.

My regiment is:

MONDAY
Cardio = stair master (13 minutes) + run (7 minutes) + walk (4 minutes)
Arms = 15lb Bicep Curls (16.12.10.8)
15lb Dumbbell Chest Press Flat Bench (15.12.10.8)
Lv 6 Lat Pull Downs (15.12.10.8)
Lv 6Tricep Pushdowns (15.12.10.8)
[the last two are done on a cable machine so I do not know the actual weight]

TUESDAY
Cardio = elliptical (13 minutes) + run (7 minutes) + walk (4 minutes)
Legs = 50lb Squats (in rack) (15.12.10.8)
24lb Walking Lunges (16.12.10.8)
15lb Dumbbell Step ups (16.12.10.8)

WEDNESDAY
REST (or light cardio)

THURSDAY
Cardio = stair master (13 minutes) + run (7 minutes) + walk (4 minutes)
Arms = 15lb Dumbbell Shoulder press (15.12.10.8)
15lb Dumbbell Row (16.12.10.8)
20lb Overhead Tricep Extensions (15.12.10.8)
14lb Ez-bar curls (15.12.10.8)

FRIDAY
20lb ez-bar Romanian Dead Lift (16.12.10.8)
15lb Dumbbell Step Ups (16.12.10.8)
Bulgarian Split Squats (12.10.8)

SATURDAY
REST (or Friday's session)

SUNDAY
REST (or light cardio)

--- (16.15.12.10) = number of reps. It is four sets, different number of reps each time. ---
--- protein powder (1 scoop) or protein bar after workout ---

I know this is a lot of information but I would like to know if I am doing anything wrong!

    No you arent doing anything wrong at all! That actually looks like a great lifting program and I would definitely suggest to keep it up! Now I dont know how much weight you gained exactly but if it was more than 2lbs it is probably not from the exercise and if it hasnt gone back down it probably isnt from the exercise. I would suggest just sticking to tracking your food and dont stress about it, if you are alittle over or alittle under that is fine just keep it within 100 calories of your and then do your best and forget the rest! Keep up the great work.
