I am on a mission to lose weight. I've had serious stress related problems and over the past few years gained a lot of weight. I have realized that if I just let myself go, there's no telling just how much weight I will gain in the next year. So I need to take a more proactive approach and if I surround myself with like minded folks like you, :happy: this should be a big help. I will share recipes and suggestions from time to time. I've been vegetarian for about three years now so i had to be innovative most of the time.
