    Excellent!

    Slow and steady wins the race. Keep working and building up your stamina. I'm working on running a solid mile, every week I get closer. I won't ever break any speed records, but my body is getting stronger. You should brag and be proud. :smile:

    That is fantastic. I am currently hung up on week 2 day 2, I can't seem to get past that. But at least the weather is cooling off here now so hopefully I can get past that day soon.

    Great job!! It's the best feeling in the world to accomplish something you never thought you could! I was dancing around last week after my longest run ever - people probably thought I was crazy! :-)
