I am finding it difficult to not be obsessed with food. But my personality is either ALL or NOTHING. I'm afraid I'll get an eating disorder or something if I focus too much on losing the weight, and then I'll gain it all back. Baaah.

Yeah, with you. I have OCD. This site has given me a whole new world of things to obsess over. In my case though, it's just more OCD, not an ED. I'm still addicted to food, but hopefully better food now:flowerforyou:0

That's a good way to put it... I want to be addicted and obsessed with the healthy stuff, and with not overeating, but not obsessed to the point of ridiculousness0

Ugh I know EXACTLY how you feel. Ever since i've been back on track it's all I can think about. My problem lately is that I feel like I've been hiding from making plans with friends, going out, etc, to avoid being around temptations. I love this lifestyle but sometime it takes a toll on my mental being!0
