Ok. Ive looked basically everywhere trying to find a safe way to do this, but cant find enough information to actually do it. Its september 15th, and im getting married exactly 1 month from now. Over the last year ive built up some belly fat and got out of my healthy routine. Im 20 yr old male, 6ft, 152lbs. Im trying to burn about 15 lbs by the wedding. Ive been trying to lose this weight for a little while now and have dropped 5 lbs. What is the healthiest way to go about dropping 15 lbs in 4 weeks? I also no longer have gym access so i have been doing ALOT of cardio and ab workouts. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this? Im lost.

Given your weight and height, there is no healthy way to lose 15lbs in four weeks. I don't particularly rate BMI but your BMI is low, and losing 15lbs will put you in the 'underweight' category. If you're interested in being healthy, concentrate on getting strong and fit and forget about the scale. Congratualations on your upcoming wedding - relax and enjoy it!0
