Can a dry sauna help you lose weight? What kind of positive things can happen from it?

i think its just water weight. i know increasing your core temp has some effect on your metabolism but i dont think its that significant.0

If you stay in it long enough, you will sweat some "water weight" but it's a temporary loss. I've heard that it's not a good idea to stay in there too long. I like to hit the hot tub and a quick 10 minutes in the sauna after a long workout.0
