    ***HAPPY DANCE***

Congratulations. Next to taking off your bra after a long day... Fitting into a pair of pants that previously couldn't fit one leg is the BEST feeling in the world.

I just posted this (below) when I saw your NSV....happy for both of us!

    WOW....

"Today I wore a size 36 inch pants to the office. This means I have dropped 8 inches in my pants waist size....this is unreal. Also, I no longer choose the "relaxed fit" style, they kind of look rather baggie in the "rear section". Have a great Tuesday!"

GOOD JOB!! now for me the pants are like 10 yards too long (I'm 4'11) so I really have no idea why I even bought them lol.

What a fantastic feeling and accomplishment.

I don't have any skinny clothes because I've been fat for decades so I buy pants from thrift stores as I shrink .

I had a self-imposed rule that before I allowed myself to buy pants they had to pull up all the way and zip, since I figured within a couple weeks I would actually be able to wear them. I'm confident enough now in my continued downward trend that I have picked up a couple pairs of jeans in smaller sizes where I liked the brand/look and figured that at thrift store prices for really good jeans I should nab them when I saw them. My first pair of set asides fit me last week. I have 3 more waiting for me, one in a size 10 that I still can't quite imagine will really ever fit. I'm determined they will though.

Imagine if you had to buy an outfit today, for an event scheduled for next April. Wouldn't that be a challenge, determining what size you will be in about 7 months!

I do the same thing. I love that it really opens up the options for me.. I don't have to look for things in my size! Right now, if it's between a 12 and an 18 I'll buy it if it's something I love.. then I just hope I'll fit into it during the right season!
