I have a TON of music on my Ipod, and am looking for more songs to workout to. Currently, my favs are:

    You could also download podcasts for times when you're doing a lot of cardio. I like history podcasts... not quite upbeat, but still interesting :)

  • When I'm on the excersice bike I like to put a movie on and watch it on my ipod in the Gym. Currently The Twilight movies are my favourite :)

    All dancy/poppy songs with a beat. Great for running. I put some slower songs in there too for interval training, so I run flat out for one song and walk for a slower song.
