Hey all I did a intro post before but I don't think it said enough :)

I'm Adam 31 I'm a supply teacher, from Sunny Sheffield UK :)

I've been doing this my fitness pal for a couple of months, I take my diet seriously and exercise when I want to but I also know when to chill relax and have fun.

I'm looking for friends that want to chat and we can support each other through good days and bad.

I've lost 31 pounds so far but I realise now more than ever friends who understand is important x
