Need Help

hi all i'm 22 years old male my current weight is 76kg (167.5 pounds) i started my weight loss journey 6 months ago and i lost 24kg (52pounds) in 4 months.... the problem is everybody told me to stop losing weight since i looked very thin for my height (5.8 ft) and i did that for 2 months but i gained back 10 pounds and now i want to lose those 10 pounds and this time i will get to my goal weight but i just can't stay motivated one day is perfect followed by a day of binge eating i'm not gaining right now but i'm also not losing.... how can i get back on track?????

I had to find activities to keep my mind off eating. Even playing a stupid facebook game helped.0

You are in an acceptable weight range. People are going to be jealous of your success because they won't work hard themselves and it makes them insecure. Having said that, work on body composition, cut fat and work to maintain muscle mass. This will help you get more lean and give you a tighter and leaner body. And when people say you need to eat a cookie, make them buy you one and fit it in your calories. :laugh:0
