Take part in a quick online survey about dieting

Researchers at the University of Bristol, in Bristol, UK, are running a short online survey to assess beliefs about food and dieting between people following the 5:2 Fasting Diet (5:2 dieters), people following any other diet (other dieters), and people not currently following any diet (non-dieters).

This survey was recently distributed through the Waitrose Weekend magazine and takes about 5 minutes to complete.

Your feedback would be very useful in this study! If you'd like to take part, please follow this link:

Precisely. Especially when it's the first post from a person who joined MFP 2-1/2 years ago.
  • Fair point, it can be dangerous to click on random links! Yes you are right, I haven't used mfp in quite a while!
