I've only eaten 925 calories today, but I feel like it's too

Should I eat? I'm very hungry, but I've always been told it's bad for your digestive system (and your diet) to eat within a few hours of going to sleep. Its 9:44 pm where I am :(

    It's better to get your daily calories. Don't worry so much about the timing of your eating....no, it's not ideal to eat too close to bed but it's preferable to shutting down your metabolism via not eating enough. Just look at it as a learning day and try to plan a bit better tomorrow:-)

    It's not worse than shorting yourself on calories. Have some peanut butter or cheese and fruit to bump yourself up--protein plus natural fruit sugars shouldn't hurt your diet at all. And, if you're "very hungry", you should eat--being hungry always keeps me awake, better to have something light before hitting the sack.

    I was under mne as I am every day and I just ate a yogurt. It's 11:00pm where I am! having nuts is a good snack too. High in calories and doesn't weigh you down before bed.
