Hi from Michigan!

I decided to come back to MFP, and I have forgotten how much I liked using the trackers. I like to watch my progress, and any support is greatly appreciated.

    Sometimes I find it hard to take and accept criticism, so that's why I stopped my account at ObesityHelp.com. I know I need that push and motivation, but it's going to be challenging for me. I try not to get too worked up over others opinions, but sometimes emotions just bottle up and have no place to go but out.

    Congrats on the 3 pound loss!

    Its a Journey. There will be up's and downs.

    If you were driving to Florida and hit a detour would you turn around and go home? I hope not, you'd take the detour and then continue on your path.

    Changing your health and fitness is the same.... you'll hit road blocks and some detours, but keep going!!!!

    So far today:

    Breakfast: 3 bananas

    Snack: natural mozzarella cheese with yellow corn tortilla chips, chopped and unsalted walnuts

    Lunch: Fage - Total 0% Greek Yogurt With Blueberry, 150 grams, iceberg lettuce with Kraft Lite House Italian dressing (comes out fast out of the bottle, so it was a bit too spicy)

    I am already slightly over my goal for fat today, so I am going to try very hard to keep it there.

    Also: I feel like I am going to have to eat lettuce for the rest of the day LOL
