65 Calorie Frosted Carrot Cake Recipe!

Pretty awesome, check it out:

http://losing-weight-living-life.blogspot.com/2014/09/goals-quotes-weigh-in-and-carrot-cake.html

It has zucchini in it, so its a great way to sneak some hidden veggies into your's or another's diet without the veggie taste! :) SUPER healthy.

I need to just assume these all contain Splenda. Gross.

    Yumm thanks for posting!
  • It does contain 1/2 cup of splenda, but you're more than welcome to substitute that for sugar/truvia/whatever you happen to use instead. There's no need to make negative comments towards those of us who DO like splenda.
  • For anyone wondering about Splenda -

Yum! Looks pretty good!! Personally, I will probably substitute more honey & sugar for the splenda because I don't care for the taste, but have many diabetic family members who would LOVE this as is - Even with the adjustment, it's still a great recipe & starting point.

    Thanks for posting!
  • No problem:) glad some people like it:) can't please everyone but if even a few people like it it's worth sharing! Plus- it tastes amazing! I'm sure adding honey/sugar will make it really sweet too, just a bit more caloric. :)

This. Also it sounds like it would be delicious! I'll have to have someone make it for me some day because i'm not very good at baking. :ohwell:

Using common sense to make that substitution is too much to expect on these forums. It's much more fun to make comments about how evil things are, chemicals yada yada. :ohwell:
  • HAHA you guys crack me up. :) Glad everyone likes the recipe :) There's tons more recipes on the blog (and even *GASP* ones that DON'T have splenda!) that you may like too if you like this one. I think my favorite so far has to be the cinnamon pretzels... sooo good. :)
