Hi, this is a pretty cool site, really loving being able to keep track like this! Trying to figure out how to add friends, and get my friends addicted to this as well. I hope to lose 20lb, hopefully by Christmas, I know it will be hard. But that is my goal.

    To add friends ... click on the users name of the left of thier post, once you are at thier page, click the green button that reads "add as friend" ....that will send them a request.
