I managed to keep the weight of till now i have put half of this weight back on i want to lose this again as i am not happy but i am finding it very hard i put the weight on after a knee injuary and also a time when i felt unwell. I mainly struggle when i am at work can anyone reccomend any healthy lunches that are super quick to make and tasty healthy snacks so i don't get tempted by the teams biscuit tin lol.

I know how you feel - I have a knee injury and am slowly piling on the pounds ! seems that when I cant exercise I cant eat healthy! lol
so trying to make a concerted effort to stop the gain before it gets out of hand
I have brought fruit into work today (I had some boxes of cereal snacks but tend just to munch them all !) I also had the nakd bars which I really liked as long as I only brought one to work! and for lunches I have ryvitas with various toppings ie meat, prawns, cottage cheese, and try to bring a salad with me most days or have soup xx
good luck and am sure you will be back on track before long xx0 -
losing weight just for a wedding or any other target is ok and a good motivator but you must understand that if you want to keep it off then this is a lifetime journey.your not going to be where you want to be for long if you do not accept this.i wish you well on you journey and forthcoming wedding.0

I've fallen in love with frozen grapes. I buy them fresh and freeze them. Healthy, a great sweet snack and nothing artificial! I also keep salted almonds at hand....hickory smoked to be exact! Light popcorn is a good snack as well. Lastly, when I want chocolate, I grab a York or Pearson's peppermint patty. The small ones are low in calories and with the dark chocolate covering, it's not an expensive sweet treat. I freeze these as well!0
