Hoping to make a real change!

I've been in an unhealthy cycle of yo-yo dieting for 2 years now and I need it to stop as it's getting me down and I'm gaining a lot!

I've joined up here and joined the gym and know it will take a while but I'd love to get down to my old weight of 115 pounds.

    You're already one huge step in the right direction. You decided to do something about it. Don't forget to drink LOTS of water EVERYDAY !

    Good for you - I am a you yo dieter, or should I say, I used to be. Now I am saying goodbye to starvation, diet pills and slim shakes and hello to healthy diet and exercise! Determined to make a lifestyle change and break the cycle!

    Let's keep going!
