This time!!!

The weight has slowly crept up on me over the last 10 years...1 kg a year and then woah!!!!!!!! so hard to get off but determined this time...100 gms a week is all that is coming off so it may take 6 months!!!! Hopefully I've got the will power to do it..it's all about self discipline but not sure...............

    you can do it all you need to do is 3 things..

    the MOST important thing is #1....

    1) put down everthing you eat.. EVERTHING dont lie to your self. yeah yeah i ate that bannana split... the WHOLE thing lol....

    2) make alot of friends me once aday i do this... welcome a new person to this site.. i look on the list andone with the lowest views i talk to :)

    3) do at lease a little exercise 3 times a week ... dont go... "i'm going to do 45 mins everday!!" you might burn and crash.
    take it slow and have fun what your doing... like what you do not do it because you have to ... :)

    Yep - might just fall off the wagon tonight...feel like having chips and dip with a glass or 2 of bubbly - husband has gone away for 4 days so dont have to cook...will just chill out and not have anything else for dinner...well, thats the plan but it's only 11am so anything could happen...i've already been for an hour's walk so no need to feel guilty?????
