After 6 weeks and losing 25 pounds, I have had my first compliment. I was told you can really see my weight loss in the face. The reason I say almost is, the lady inquestion knows I am doing this.

I want a proper nsv when somebody, who does not know I am doing this to compliment me.

    Just got my first one too! You are right .. if they know you are doing it, they are looking for the loss. The person doesn't know I am doing it .. so it was pretty cool!!! :heart: I was so excited.
