NSV - Overweight Zone

at 240.01 now, gives me a BMI of 29.8 - putting in in Overweight, not Obese!


Waited for so long, Finally got there.

    Congratulations! I'm so looking forward to that myself! I'm so close, only 6 lbs away. That's my next goal. When I reach it, I'll have to figure out a new one.

    You should actually go have your body fat measured. It gives a way more accurate depiction of muscle mass/body fat. I'll put it like this: My BMI is 24.4. My body fat percentage is 20%. :D
