Mamma ready to stop struggling and start losing!!

HI everyone, my name is Angel and I have been struggling with my weight for years!! I am ready to stop the struggling and get healthy with a lifestyle change! I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello to everyone here. I look forward to reading all the other posts and see what has been positive and negative about everyone's experiences. If anyone has any suggestions on back strengthening exercises to help my bad back so I may do some serious exercises would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Welcome to MFP! Good luck to you in achieving your goals!

    I am not a physical therapist or personal trainer, but I have had a bad back. What I suggest is a lot of stretching. When I hurt my back pretty bad a few years ago I went to physical therapy. Pretty much all we did for an hour was stretching. At the end, she hooked some electrodes up to some pads on my back and did some electric stimulation, but most of it was stretching.
