Im Vicky would love to lose some weight after gaining 3 stone idealy i would like to lose 2 stone as maybe i was too skinny to begin with but i would probably be happy losing a stone:) Recently got some wii fit games so im hoping they will help me and im quite a fussy eater so this food tracker will be really useful for me on this site

Hi Vicky,
Welcome to MFP - it's great and the food tracker has opened my eyes not only to calorie content, but carbs - I'm amazed at how high they are in some stuff, especially fruit!!!
Unfortunately I am not as lucky as you as I need to lose 75lb, have lost 6lb so far, so only 69lbs to go! Lol
Add me as a friend if you like.
Good Luck
As for our friends in the USA there are 14lbs in a stone!0 -
