Tips From Fast Oxidizers

So I just took the Jillian Michaels quiz, "What Type of Oxidizer are You?" and got fast oxidizer. We're supposed to eat protein, but I want to stay within my calorie limit. Any ideas on how to do this? Also, any general tips? What foods work for you, what keeps you energized, etc.
I'm doing some research myself, but I wanted to hear others' lives as fast oxidizers.
Thanks in advance!

The more protein in any diet and protein is the lowest calorie macro. I suggest alot more meat to get your protein in, chicken, turkey, fish(not tilapia) all lean proteins. If you arent a fan of meat you can eat whey protein powder of greeek yogurt for a high protein tasty treat or protein bars. If you want to even stay away from those you are eat vegetables that are higher in protein like avocado, beans, and nuts.0

I'd go with the same. She comes off as a 'bro' a lot with her insane "my way or the highway" attitude towards training and diets.0 -

What's wrong with tilapia?
It's a great mild white fish for those who are new to eating fish.
Avocados aren't vegetables, they're fruit.
Beans are legumes (as are peanuts).
Other nuts aren't vegetables either.
And those are better sources of fats than protein.
And fat is 9 cals/gram where as carbs and protein are 4 cals/gram.0 -
What's wrong with TALAPIA? Thanks!0
