Went Over Weekly Calorie Goal Twice

Options
So I went crazy overboard with my weekly calories twice in a row. I need help! I'm 17, and I do workout and have been doing great until now. Note: I don't use MFP to track. Thanks

The best place to start is figuring out what changed your routine. There's a reason why you went over your calories two weeks in a row; stress, or maybe more social outings than usual that could throw off dietary restrictions. It could be just about anything. I've found that being persistent with any kind of calorie tracker is all you need for success; from this perspective, weight loss becomes much more manageable and almost (dare I say it) easy. Once you figure out what's causing you to go over, you can avoid those situations in the future!

Thanks, but am I ok weight wise? Will I gain a bunch, or am I ok?

You screwed up twice. You're human.

Unless you blew over the calorie goal by an absurd amount, you'll be fine. Pick up, go back to doing what you were doing (if it was working for you) and carry on.
