    2 minutes, 5 seconds. I'm trying to add 1-2 seconds each time I plank.

    OK I had to chime in on this because it is an eerie coincidence! I was just talking to a friend of mine about the fact that I managed to do a 2 min plank for the first time and I am also a mom to "Aiden" and am 37....."insert creepy music here" LOL
