Hand weights

dumb bells, whatever you want to call them. I want to add them to my trampoline exercises. I jump in place or jog in place for 20 to 30 minutes I want to add 5lb weights to my routine how would add this to my daily exercise log? or just using them pumping them as separate weights alone from the trampoline??

I wouldn't log that, at least not as calories that you'd want to eat back.0

I mean it's nice to track for yourself and watch your progress. I definitely write everything I do in a book, especially when I'm adding weight, etc. But as far as MFP goes, it's not going to help you burn a lot more calories.0

According to this it would be an extra 15%0 -
5 pounds is not going to make that much a difference calorie wise0
