Fitness training

Hi all,
I'm starting my own fitness routine would like some guinea pigs to test it..
I am currently in the middle of writing it will take a few days before, but I shall try it out on myself 1st.
Now I am not skinny and I'm not big I sit in the middle I'm looking to loose my stomach fat tone it up and turn it all to muscle!
I want to be a personal trainer and will be using this routine as a part of training if it goes well..
Now ANYONE IS WELCOME to try the routine
Will post it up when it's complete

    Mine is customized to fit me personally. The sets and reps are based on past experience as well as my goals. The exercise selection is based on my weak points and what works better for those. I would love to share it, but what works for me may not work as well for you.
  • I'm level 2 public services qualified from college, semi pro at football (soccer for people not from the uk) and I also started training martial arts.. Like I stated I would like to be a personal trainer, anything I do before hand to help people will ad to my portfolio. I will be taking the personal training course next year as it's close the Christmas and my daughters birthday
