6 Week Kettleworx challenge anyone?

Hi,

Anyone interested in the 6 week kettleworx challenge? I have ordered the kit and it comes tomorrow. I would love to start with someone where we can keep each other motivated and exchange tips etc

    I just purchased a set of Kettlebells from Aldi's for $30.00 It came with 3 different kettlebells. Does the Kettleworx program have a specific plan for you to a 6 week challenge?

    It's doing 3 weekly sessions of 20 mins of kettlebells over a 6 week period. My kit arrives tomorrow so I can update you and be more precise.

    I do a 30 min Kettlebell workout with Bob Harper twice a week. So far its great and I've only started it last week. I intend to continue so feel free to msg me about your program.

    I just got the Kettleworx and can't wait to start it. Did you find that it works? How do you track it on MFP?
