Any ideas for Exercise at Work?

I would really like to know if anyone has any ideas on how to incorporate exercise into my work day. I don't have a gym around, I don't have exercise equipment. I've been going for a fast paced walk on my hour long lunch but I still don't feel like that's enough.
Does anyone out there have any simple excersises or even stretches that can be done while I'm at my desk?

Do you have stairs at your work? If so, walk them! I was just thinking this morning about how I can get a little exercise during the day while I"m at work and I decided that I'm gonna do the stairs every time I come in and leave for the day. Every little bit helps!0

I actually think you can Google "desk exercises" or "at work exercises" and a bunch of stuff should come up. The best thing I can think if is to sit up straight and contract your abs!0

every time you get go to sit down or get up from your desk, do a squat! hover over your seat and clench your booty muscles for 15 seconds. do burpees and/or jumprope during your break. go for a walk/jog around the building. and don't forget to put some motivating songs on your ipod to do your new routine to.

their workouts only take about 10-20min to complete! short but intense with variations for beginners...and the couple that runs the blog are really inspiring beautiful people! and just looking at everyone's results on the site will be enough motivation to get off your butt and turn you into a "BodyRocker"0
