okay starting today im on a whole new track of thinking. im going to MAKE myself walk every day and stay away from those foods i love so much like the reese's and the fried foods. and no more of this downing myself all the time because thats not helping either. lol. A whole new me, like i said. we'll see how it goes and how fast i lose weight.

You might try reprogramming yourself so that you highlight the foods you love that you CAN have. I've gotten to the point where 2 or 3 little Dove dark chocolate pieces are a dream...I LOVE them. I LOVE fresh veggies with a wedge of Laughing Cow Cheese. I LOVE a Rice Thin (by Real Foods) spread with a tablespoon of almond butter. I LOVE homemade bean soup. You get the idea
Oh, and every once in a while, I LOVE wine and margaritas

I read somewhere that in order to lose weight we first have to change our mind... which is thinking positive, thinking about the food we eat... thinking that moving just a little is more than not moving at all...
I know you can do it, you are young and nothing can stop you except for you ..
