P90x3 Day 30 results

Hi,

I thought I'd share my 30 day results and progress pic that shocked me a little when I first saw it. Here are my results compared to Day 0 data.

Weight:
Day0= 225
Day30= 221

Overall I've lost a surprising 12", 3.5" coming from the waist. The weight isn't moving much but that doesn't concern me since the inches are. My calorie intake is at 2400 and follow it strictly.

    keep on going!

    I am on round 3 of P90X3 I started in Jan 6 year and so far lost 70 pounds! now I can do pull ups chinups and 50+ pushups!

    Eccentric Upper. I find it has a good mix

    Believe me I was shocked as well! I still got a good layer of fat to lose around stomach/chest but the back was obviously the first to go.

    Awesome! I'm just starting Week 4 and while I didn't take measurements this month (just sticking to a 1200 calorie day until I get back to my target weight, and will slowly increase from there) , I sure will for the next because I can feel quite a difference in the waist. I have some size 30 pants that were quite snug (to the point of hurting my hips), but now it's much more comfy. You seem to be even more on that track. Well done!
