Who has it? Do you like it? How much weight have you lost with it?

I have it and I like it (now).
When I first got it, I did not like it. I thought the moves were too repetitive and it reminded me of Tae Bo (been there, done that). I was doing it in combo with Les Mills Pump so I never really followed the schedule that came with it.
A few months later I decided to really follow it 100% and I started to like it more. It is a great cardio workout, very hard and upbeat, and I lost a lot of weight very quickly but I also drastically changed my diet. I still don't believe the moves are going to tone you (other than your legs maybe), but when you lose weight from it your muscles will show more and you will look more toned.
So I do highly recommend it as a cardio workout to lose weight. After you lose the weight, you can then supplement it with a toning/weight training DVD.0 -
