Protien foods.... (snacks)

I'm getting bored of nuts and peanut butter and can't seem to bring myself to eat eggs or meat as a snack. It just doesn't satisfy me. I want something that has next to no carbs and is REALLY low in sugar. Any suggestions. LOL maybe a long shot? hmmm :)

Cheese, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, protein shakes.

Definitely cheese, if the salt is OK for you. Zero carbs. I let myself buy fancy kinds of artisan cheeses, and eat one ounce of one as a snack sometimes.

This. The high fibre content makes them pretty satiating and the nets carbs are around 3g.

  • Id agree with quest bars....I also like greek yoghurt and i mix flavoured protein powder in it...goes like a mousse consistency :) Also if tired of peanut butter (which i dont get! lol) try some other nut butters.

I tried one of those Oscar Mayer P3 protien packs yesterday and it was pretty good. A little bit of turkey, some cheddar cubes and some dry roasted peanuts. It was quite satisfying. You could whip up your own version with your favorite deli meat, cheese and nut
