    I log daily, approximately the same time every day. Right around 8:30 after my morining coffee and cigarette.

    I have 15-20 lbs to go too. I'm in Surrey in south england. Thank goodness Scotland are still with us!

    Yes and the scots living outside Scotland should have got a vote too!
    But for now you'll just have to take pleasure in the fact that you still have the best traditional dress in the UK and I've never met a Scot without GREAT legs!
