Daing with Stress with Food (and without punching people)

Options
Food has been my "go to" when I get stressed - especially at work -- eating is an acceptable activity I can do from my desk while in a conference call or webinar even though yelling at someone is what I really want (or punching them).

So... how do you deal with stress at work? Unfortunately, leaving my desk is rarely an option until my day is finished...

Learn to control your anger. I don't see you choosing to eat celery at your desk. Maybe though.

Without knowing what you do or many other details the only things I can suggest is:
Deep breaths. Let your mind slow down and think before reacting. Try to see what is really making you angry.
Don't take things personal. Leave work at work and control what you can control: your thoughts, your reactions, your mindset.
Sorry, but that's all I've got given the limited info.

I have a Koosh ball at my desk. Great stress reliever when on those phone calls that make my blood pressure rise. Just squeeze it all to heck.
