Exercise at work

Hi everyone!
I have a desk job meaning that I sit all day.
Do any of you have any ideas on how to exercise at your desk (without looking crazy)?
I do cardio at the gym 4-5x a week, but I'd like to be more active during the day. I can't get up and leave my desk a lot, so stairs and walking are mostly out.
I do squats everytime I visit the bathroom (and that's a lot due to the fact that I drink 16+ glasses a day), but I would love some other ideas!

I go for walks on my coffee and lunch breaks and try to get up from my desk every so often and walk around the office.0

Move the chair and try squatting and holding as well and the up down squats. Also depending on your desk job. you can try standing off and one. I was a fan of pacing when I had my desk phone job. It really depends on what you are doing while at the desk that will determine what you can do. Try to walk the property of stairs at lunch.

I work in an office myself. I have an activity tracker and not counting my exercises I am only active about 23 minutes in a 10 hour work day. Most of that is bathroom breaks or the occasional trip to the copier.
What I do is walk on my breaks. I actually have a relatively small office, only about 105 steps end to end, but on my breaks I walk around the office for about 10 minutes. I have two breaks and a lunch, so that gives me about 30 minutes worth of activity.0 -
You can try using a mini exercise bike under your desk. I got mine on Amazon for less than $40.0

Do you like it? I've thought about getting one of those or an elliptical, I've just always wondered if it's worth the money!0 -
You could sit on one of those ab balls!0
