    If you're going to drink it, try not to do it before going to sleep. You burn the most fat while you sleep. Alcohol inhibits fat burning (or any other energy usage) till it's COMPLETELY metabolized by the body.

    Nothing wrong with enjoying alcohol in moderation if you've accounted for it's calories.

    I like Guinness and Gin + Diet Tonic, not every night though..
    I used to avoid Guinness because I assumed it had to be very high in calories. I was shocked to find it's actually one of the most calorie friendly, full flavored beer around! It's almost all I drink now!

    Yeh, it's actually filling as well!. Take your time over a pint of ice cold Guinness, very enjoyable!. Is it around 220 kcal a pint?.
