I took a potato and cut it into cubes and added the cooking spray with n calories, no sodium, so fat etc to it and baked in the oven
do you think that would be more similiar to a baked potato or roasted potatoes?
when I look up roasted potatoes it has a lot of sodium and etc but I was thinking that was more traditional roasted potatoes but then again I have no idea what it is lol
not freaking out or anything just trying to get it relatively close... Thanks in advance

I create a lot of recipes or meals myself. That way I know what goes in it and the calories/macros are closer.0

I would just log the potatoes and then the spray.0

Use the recipe tab. Add the ingredients you used, in the measurements/weights you used. Then, decide what portion you ate. There you go.
Using entries from the database can be dangerous. There are some people that do not log correctly. At all. Ever.
ETA: The more recipes you build for your favorite foods, the easier it will be to log them quickly.0 -

Just log the weight of the potatoes and the spray. I roast potatoes all the time for my boyfriend and myself. I weigh out 300g of potatoes (log 150g), use 10 sprays of olive oil (I use a spritzer and log that), and then just sprinkle with spices. I think you are over complicating things.0
