My daughter just gave me a bag of two different Stevia packets, One is Stevia Raw and the other is Stevia All Natural Herb
What is the difference? I just need to figure out which one works like my Sweet N Low for my cup of coffee..
Please if anyone can help me figure this out I would be so appreciative
And if one is for my coffee what is the other one for? and how much to use?
Thanks for any help you can give me ..

Do not buy "stevia" that has additives. Some of the products go through 40 steps to arrive at product. Grow your own, or order dry leaves on line, or Trader Joes. Otherwise, use other natural sweeteners like honey or agave syrup0 -
Thank you very much this info is great to know...
This stuff gets me so confused..0 -
IMO cost. Body doesn't know how it was "processed". It just takes it (whether "raw" or not) and breaks either down to it's simplest form to absorb.
