Ok I worked out alot today but I am a little confused.....should I make sure it says 1200 calories on the food diary or the my home page where it lists your NET for the day? When I work out I have always looked at the food diary total to see where I am but should I pay attention the the NET of the day on my home page?

I would pay attention to the NET. Working out allows you more calories. When you look at the food page, it factors in how many calories you burned working out into how many you can consume for the day. So as long as you aren't going over your goal + your calories burned from your workout, you are doing it right.
Did that make sense?0 -
