A bit more than the equivalent of my 4-year old son. Makes me feel great when I pick him up and realize how much less weight I'm carrying on my body.0

I've also lost a small child! I have been dead lifting 15kg at work and when I carry large weight up the stairs, I wonder how I did it when I was so much more heavier since my legs struggled with just 8 extra kilos.0
