losing hope and motivation day by day,HELP

Hey,about a year ago i've started a journey in getting healthier and fit,so with all my motivation i've managed to lose 10kg only with exercise and eating right.
I've done programs like t 25,and was thinking in doing insanity after. But right in the middle of the program,in may, i started slacking and until today i've done nothing..and im desperate,really..i need to keep going and cant find myself the motivation to eat right and start again..i really need some help from you..i dont know what to do,i really want it,and have everything to be successful but cant manage to click"play"and start...i always think"tomorrow",and when the day commes i cant do that...

I'm in a similar boat. I start off eating well and exercising. Then about a month in, I start to slack off; I take an extra day off and that extra day turns into two and it just snowballs from there.
But now I'm tired of the way I look and I need some help getting restarted and staying motivated.
Maybe we can somehow help each other?0 -
The best motivation on this site is looking at the success stories..............IMO. There are some amazing people here who have accomplished alot, in some cases against enormous odds, and if you want to be one of them you need to follow their examples.
I enjoy reading one or two of their stories daily...............it really helps keep me fired up.0 -
Hey there hun! Sometimes we all get there! I've been there once or twice. All you need is a few friends as accountability partners to help keep you motivated. It's always good to talk to someone when you are losing that hope. Add me and we can chit chat anytime!0
