Hello,
So I'm sure I've posted about this. I need help with my thighs/hips/butt and relatively soon. I am in a wedding in a few weeks (only just over 30 days away. I was not able to attend when the bridesmaid dresses were picked out, but I said that if the dress was A-line, that I needed a 6. As a pear shaped woman, I am not a 6 in a strait up and down dress, but A-lines, I am. Well, I guess they only heard "size 6" and nothing else. Because they ordered me a 6. I just got it from one of the other brides maids, though she has had it for a while. It is not flattering at all, to say the least. I need help finding exercises to do over the next 30 days to reduce my hips/thighs/butt. I am going into this fully understanding that what I do over the next 30 days will most likely not be sustainable in the long run, but as I can't exchange for a new dress, I'm stuck. Any ideas? I've picked up running again, do tae bo, do a weight lifting routine (circuit style) and do the elliptical. I also do some of the pop pilaties videos on youtube. These all are working great, but I welcome any and all suggestions for other types of exercise. Thanks!
*I don't do all of these exercises on the same day*
