finding it hard to eat enough

ok so i am finding it really hard to reach my calorie goals every day! today i have eaten breakfast, lunch, am about to have my dinner (already added it to my diary as i know what i am eating) and i am like 700 under! i dont know whats best to eat now, as i dont want to scoff chocolate or anything just to get my calories up, but i dont know what else to do. any suggestions?

    Some yogurt, almonds, cottage cheese, regular cheese, peanut butter...protein shake... Lots of things to give a quick bump in the evening.

    That said, if this is a daily thing, you need to work more at getting more calories earlier in the day.

    But, an occasional day like that is not a big issue. And if you're like me, I had a lack of appetite the first week or two and then it settled in as my body adjusted and my appetite came back quite nicely. Good luck!

    thank you =] i will definatly start working on a bigger breakfast and morning snack, got to make myself face more then 2 bannanas of a morning!
