Setting up your goals in myfitnesspal

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone knew how to put in a date of when they would have liked to lose weight by? For example, 1 stone by 25th December? Thanks!

    I don't think there's a way to set a date for when to lose the weight but I you should be able to work backwards.

    I think if you set it to lose 1.5 pounds a week, you should be able to lose a stone within 9 1/2 weeks (which is about 2 1/2 months) so you'd have extra time till Christmas just in case there were a few extra cheat days you had to work off!
