ok, i'm doing the SAME, EXACT things i've been doing since may, yet instead of losing the last 5 pounds, i continue to fluctuate up and down 5 pounds. what do i need to do?

change it up a bit - drink more water and increase/vary your exercise

Amen sister! I was wondering the same thing myself. I reached my goal of 145 and thought another five would be nice as a cushion. But alas, my body says NO! You are done! I have been doing more strength training, so I'm hoping the lack of movement on the scale reflects some new muscle tissue. Anyway, it is extremely frustrating! I think it's been a month since I have seen any drop on the scale. I guess it's good " maintenance" practice.

Those last 5 lbs are ALWAYS the hardest, and the most stubborn. One thing I noticed that you wrote, is that you've been doing the SAME thing since last May. That's part of the problem. Your body gets used to the same diet/exercise routine, and if you don't vary it, you'll get to a certain point and plateau. You'll have to shake up your routine some, add some new classes.....if you are doing a lot of different activities, you may have to seriously clean up your diet, even more than it is. That can be hard, if you're already pretty clean about it. If not, see what changes you can make, that will aid your weight loss.
